Some of the smaller programs here come in Lite
versions which do not have glossy setup programs included. Why? The author
has found that for simple programs under 400Kb, the setup programs are
not worth the download time. Usually, the small zip files have a Read-Me
text file and a small program file that you can put anywhere on your computer.
Full Setup versions include the setup program as well
as any system files that might be missing or outdated on your machine,
so try those if you are having trouble installing software on your own.
